I believe that my job as a guitar teacher is to get you to where you want to go musically instead of where I think you should go. For example, I will not tell you to learn tapping techniques if you are not interested in that.

What if I told you that learning just 4 basic chords would allow you to play 95% of songs on the radio? And that you can master this in weeks instead of years? This is true regardless of the age and skill level of the person! Sure, you could try and do this on your own, but a professional instructor can spot small mistakes along the way. This will help you improve much faster and save you the frustrating experience of random internet lessons that are not personalized towards your goals.
